> HOW DO I PAY MY MONTHLY ASSESSMENT?

There are two ways to pay your montly HOA fees. You can mail a check to the management office at 50C Main Street, Succasunna, NJ 07876 OR you can sign up for online payments using a platform called ZEGO. Directions to sign up for ZEGO can be found under the “Important Forms & Documents” tab. 
 

> WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THERE IS AN EMERGENCY?

If there is an emergency and it is after regular business hours please contact Management at 908-852-0064 and enter “0”. You will be forwarded to an after hours emergency line where they will determine the urgency of your situation and connect you with a property manager for further assistance if it is deemed to be a true emergency.

> HOW CAN I REPORT A GRIEVANCE?

Grievances, or violations of the governing documents, can be reported to management. You may call their office or send your grievance in writing via email to [email protected].

> WHAT REPAIRS ARE THE HOMEOWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY?

The unit owner is responsible for any repairs to any elements that are particular to their unit. The windows and front doors would be included in this category. Anything that is shared by more than one unit would be the responsibility of the Association. If you need clarification on whether or not a repair is your responsibility, please contact management for further clarification.
